Managing the music direction for this campaign was an incredible experience, from selecting the right artist to overseeing studio sessions and collaborating closely with Royal Air Maroc’s marketing team. The campaign was a resounding success, reinforcing the brand’s identity and emotional connection with its audience.

This project significantly strengthened my artistic direction skills, improved my communication and coordination abilities, and helped me further develop Zayart’s B2B solutions in the music industry.

For three months, 120 Mastercard experts worked closely with us, providing invaluable insights in marketing, sales, and user engagement. Their guidance helped us refine our go-to-market strategy, optimize user acquisition, and strengthen MatchExcellence’s positioning as a leading talent-matching platform.

Beyond strategy, this collaboration also allowed me to test my pitching skills, hone my leadership and management abilities, and receive direct feedback from industry experts on our platform’s UI/UX, design thinking, feature set, and tech stack. Witnessing their reaction and engaging in deep discussions on product innovation and scalability was incredibly rewarding.

I had the opportunity to design and lead the development of innovative VR-based games tailored to develop both hard and soft skills while also simulating interviews and real-world job scenarios.

Through MatchExcellence, the skills developed in these VR experiences are assessed and analyzed, allowing recruiters to gain deeper insights into candidates' abilities beyond traditional resumes and interviews. With VR, gaming is no longer just entertainment—it’s a powerful tool for career development and job placement.
