As part of the Arabexcellence & Bank of America Mentorship & Networking Program, I had the privilege to co-organize and oversee the event’s successful execution. My responsibilities covered talent sourcing, participant coaching, and logistical coordination, ensuring that each stage of the program met the highest standards of excellence.

I personally selected and prepared the mentees, guiding them to make the most of their interactions with senior executives at Bank of America’s Dubai headquarters. I also worked closely with Mr. Antoun Fares, Chief Operating Officer of Bank of America, to align operational details and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

This initiative allowed me to apply and refine my skills in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication, while contributing to a program that bridges corporate leadership and emerging youth talent.

It was an honor to earn the trust of such a prestigious partner, and I extend my special thanks to Mr. Fares for his collaboration and leadership throughout this inspiring experience.
