JP MORGAN & ARABEXCELLENCE
A two-day event gathering 30 outstanding young professionals for an exclusive mentorship experience at JP Morgan’s headquarters in Dubai.
On the first day, participants met senior executives — including the HR Director — and joined group sessions focused on leadership, career strategy, and personal growth.
The second day was dedicated to one-on-one mentorships, where each participant shared their goals and received tailored advice from JP Morgan mentors. The program concluded with valuable networking moments and the exchange of visit cards between mentors and mentees.

MY INVOLVEMENT IN THE PROJECT
As Arabexcellence’s representative in the UAE, I co-organized the event — from sourcing and screening mentees to preparing them for their one-on-one sessions, ensuring they made the most of their mentorship experience.
I also oversaw logistics and participant coaching. As CTO of Matchexcellence, I onboarded all participants onto the platform to take a workplace-personality test that provided valuable self-insight.
This experience allowed me to strengthen my organizational, communication, and leadership skills while contributing to an initiative that empowers the youth of the GCC.
